This is a wonderful outdoor kids activity or family activity. Learn to identify California native plants that support wildlife, maintain trails, and learn about your San Francisco ecosystem.
Meet behind the museum at 10:00 am sharp, and bring your own gloves! For adults and teens; kids age 10 & up may volunteer if accompanied by a parent. Please call the Natural Areas Program at (415) 552-3542 at least 2-3 days ahead if you are a first-time volunteer. Rain or shine.
