San Francisco Amateur Astronomers Public Lecture Series
The San Francisco Amateur Astronomers sponsor this FREE lecture series on the third Wednesday of the month. Each illustrated talk begins at 8:00 p.m. in the Randall Museum Theater.
February 20: Total Eclipse of the Moon
Weather permitting, several telescopes will be set up on the Museum's deck and trained at the Moon to enjoy this astronomical event, beginning at 7 p.m. (the last total lunar eclipse until December 2010!). Regardless of weather, the lecture will occur at 8 p.m. as usual.
March 19: Charles Messier and the Messier Marathon
