Fabulous birthday parties for children of all ages are available at the Randall Museum on
selected Sundays only. There are two ways to reserve a birthday party at the Randall:

CALENDAR
Parties are only held on Sundays.
The normal time slots are 10 AM - 12 noon or 1:30 - 3:30 PM
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Free parking in the museum lot
Welcome signs
Staff person on duty
Use of one or two rooms, access to lobby, bathrooms, grounds
Chairs, tables and colored plastic tablecloths
Age appropriate art project led by staff person - we provide all supplies, kids take project
home; OR animal talk in animal room; OR both
Garbage bags for clean up
WHAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE
Access to the Animal Room for art party
Access to the Railroad - club that runs it is not there
WHAT YOU PROVIDE
Decorations
Food and drink
Eating and drinking supplies - napkins, cups, plates, eating utensils, etc.
Any other props / games / other miscellaneous birthday supplies
ALCOHOL
No alcohol is allowed at Randall Birthday parties.
TIME LINE
Deposit: 50% within seven days of reservation, $100 not refundable
Balance: bring to party
Set-up: one hour before party
Party time: 10 AM – 12 PM or 1:30-3:30 PM (you can continue to play outside after)
Clean-up: thirty minutes after end of party you are responsible to either to take what you brought
in or make sure it is in a garbage bag
COST
Art Only
Members: $275 for the first 10 children who do the art project, $5 for each additional child
Non-members: $300 for the first 10 children who do the art project, $7 for each additional child
Animals Only
Members: $375 for first 20 children, $5 for each additional child
Non-members: $400 for first 20 children, $7 for each additional child
Art and Animals combined
Members: $475 for first 10 children, $5 for each additional child
Non members: $500 for first 10 children, $7 for each additional child
A portion of your fee is tax-deductible

The Buddy Club
The Buddy Club proudly celebrates 21 years of providing the Bay Area with the best in children's
entertainment. Birthday parties with The Buddy Club are available on selected Sundays,
October through April, and include admission and priority seating for a top-notch children's
show in our theater, followed by use of a private room for your celebration. Please

Please note that the Randall Museum's exhibits
are closed on Sundays. We regret that we are not able to accommodate room-only rentals
